U31 is a streaked plant that I got from Doug Beilsein and it has given me several good streaked breeders of which this is one.  The full cross on this is [U31 x (Brutus x Drinking Gourd)] x [(Brutus x macrophylla) x Montreal Blue Ice Storm]} x OP.
